We are also happy to offer daily Yoga courses for beginners and for those at an advanced level in our Panorama Yoga room.
Yoga course offer
Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday 11:00 - 12:00 (free for our hotel guests).
Wednesdays 11:00 - 12:30 Yoga in the cloth (20 Euro)
As places are limited, we kindly ask you to register for the respective course directly at our reception upon arrival, so that you don't miss out on anything during your yoga holiday in Germany!
Aerial Yoga during your Yoga holidays
Yoga inspires in so many ways. With Aerial Yoga – Yoga in a towel - which looks much like acrobatics, you get to play around with the force of gravity during your Yoga holiday in Germany, here in Jordan’s Untermühle. Protected in a towel, this is an intense Yoga experience, combining classic Yoga with the elements of aerial acrobatics, body tension and balance. Aerial Yoga is perfect for both Yoga beginners and professionals who want to try something new during their Yoga holiday.
