Saunas:
Friday, Saturday & Holidays: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday - Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Children and SPA
We ask for your understanding that children are permitted in these areas from the age of 16.
Book treatments
To secure your desired treatment, we recommend that you make your booking at our spa reception before your arrival. You will receive your appointment confirmation directly upon arrival at our hotel.
Take time
So that your therapist can prepare individually for your treatment and you can enjoy your full treatment time, we kindly ask you to report to our spa reception approx. 10 min. before the start of your treatment. Out of respect for the following guests, we ask for your understanding that if you are late, this will be reduced from the treatment time.
Clothing
Please wear swimwear in the pool area.
In the sauna area, we ask you not to wear any clothing for hygienic reasons.
Please come to your treatment in your bathrobe. In order to protect your privacy, we offer you a disposable slip for every treatment and work with various covering techniques.
For the application "Mindful Yoga Massage" and for an Individual Yoga Personal Training, we ask you to come in comfortable sportswear.
Wish fulfilment
During the treatment, we would like to respond to your individual wishes. Therefore, we will ask you before the treatment what is particularly important to you. Competent advice is an integral part of the treatment and is very important to us.
Cancellations
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment. In case of later cancellation, we take the liberty of charging you the full price.
