Luisa "Lu" Jordan, daughter of the house is a creative spirit and Mühlengeist from top to bottom. Lu loves her profession which is a true vocation for her. After several stations in top-class gastronomy, the lively chef de cuisine started a new chapter in 2023 with the opening of her own restaurant Lu's Bunter Genuss.
Colorful, spirited and soothing is the way to describe Lu's signature style of cooking. It is crisp, fresh, different and honors regional treasures, drawing on influences from all corners of the globe and ultimately skillfully bringing "the world on a plate". With a three-course menu that changes on a daily basis, hotel guests will be equally indulged as à la carte guests.
